Toronto was nice, although I missed out on a hell of a day back in Ohio yesterday. While I was enjoying cold rain and grey skies, oblivious Ohioans were celebrating 75 degrees of sunny goodness. My girl and I ended up not dressing up for Halloween. She was a bit sick from the voyage, and there were about 10 people (out of thousands) on the street in costume. When you’re an adult you can afford your own candy, too.

Found this Ghetto Delta commercial last night. More advertisers should realize, THIS is how I want my commercials. Really.

This is the scariest bird I’ve ever seen. It’s an African Shoebill Stork, which doesn’t look quite as scary in other pictures. Good god. Don’t kill me!

I’ve added a few more links to my sidebar. Forgotten Ohio is a site about some peeps who like to explore abandoned buildings and other kinds of scary places. Pretty sweet. I spent about 6 hours on that and its linked sites last week. MoveOn.org is a huge online organization worth signing up for. They are just out to promote democracy. If you don’t know what The Onion is, get your ass over there and start reading.
