Joox.net has tons of movies and TV shows on it. I just finished making my way through all of their Scrapheap Challenge (Junkyard Wars) episodes.

Movie6.net is great for movies… especially ones that just came out. Yeah, some are recorded from camcorders in the theater, but if you poke around, you’ll find some good quality ones as well.

Sidereel.com also has boatloads of TV shows and movies.
