Anyone remember back in September the story about an Israeli jet striking one spot in Syria? Well, Al Jazeera is reporting that was an American jet. The site in question was allegedly a nuclear facility, also. Yep… that sounds like something the government would keep quiet.

The US screenwriters guild is set to go on strike in order to get more cash from things like DVDs and online broadcasts. They’ll be crippling the Daily Show and Colbert Report, in addition to a bunch of shows that no one cares about.

Could it be that Blockbuster is dying? They’ve closed 526 stores in the past year, and their stock is at a mere $5.06 right now. Netflix is certainly helping, but I have to wonder if karma also played a part. Ever since they tried to sic a collections agency on me for an $11 late fee, I have refused to set foot in one of their stores. I also mailed them an envelope covered in swastikas and called them fascists. I mean, they didn’t even send me a letter first or anything! Well, fuck THAT business model!
